Post a role.
Candidates check their fit first

Paste the posting and your role gets a page where every candidate reads your requirements against their own profile before they apply. AI reads it and a person reviews it before it is listed.

No account needed to start. You see the role as it will look before anything goes live

From a posting
to a role you can trust

Nothing on the board is scraped from job sites. Every role is added by our curators or posted by a member, and it is checked twice before anyone sees it on the board

  1. 01

    Someone real adds it

The JobHunt curators add roles they found worth sharing. Members post their own, from a link, the text or a file
  2. 02

    AI reads it first

Is this a real job posting? What does it actually ask for, where, and how is the work done? A role that names fewer than three requirements is not listed
  3. 03

    A person reviews it

Before a member's role goes on the board, someone on the talenthunt team reads it, usually within a day
  4. 04

    It goes live

The role appears on the board, gets its own page with a fit check, and is ready to share

Where do the roles come from?

From two places only: the JobHunt curators, who add roles they found worth sharing, and members, who post their own. Nothing is scraped from job sites

Who reviews a role?

Every role is read by AI first, to check that it is a real posting and to pull out what it asks for. A member's role is then read by someone on the talenthunt team before it goes on the board, usually within a day

Why does a role need three requirements?

The fit check walks a candidate through what the role asks for. With fewer than three there is not enough to check against, so the role gets its own page but is not listed

How long does a role stay listed?

Until the closing date in the posting, or 90 days after it was posted

What does a candidate see?

The role, what it asks for, and how their own profile answers each requirement: covered, thin or missing. There is no score

Does posting cost anything?

No. Posting is free while talenthunt is in beta

Can I take a role down?

Yes. Delete it in Studio, under Job descriptions, and its page and its listing go with it
