Who we are
WIP Solutions Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”, “our”), operates talenthunt at talenthunt.work and is responsible for your data. For anything about your privacy, email privacy@wip.expert.
What we collect
Your account: email, name, username, and how you signed in. One account serves both talenthunt and Work Identity: your account details, contacts and billing are shared between them, and each profile sets separately what it shows.
Your profile: what you write, upload or link, and the profile drafts our AI writes from it. When you sign in, a data provider looks up a public LinkedIn profile under your email, and we save a copy of its public part to your account. Your agent uses it only after you confirm the profile is yours.
When you visit or chat: your messages, the time, a random visitor ID kept in your browser, and your account if you are signed in. If you are not signed in, the profile owner can read your whole conversation. If you are signed in, you choose what the owner sees: everything, a recap, or private. On every level except private, the owner sees your name and profile. On private, the owner sees only your job title, city and profile headline, how many questions you asked, and when and how long you chatted.
Jobs and fit checks: the jobs you send or save, and the fit checks you run. When you open a fit check on someone's page, we tell that person, with your name unless you chose private.
Technical data: IP address, browser and referring page, for security and rate limits.
Identity verification (coming soon): verification is optional. If you choose to verify, you go through didit, our verification provider. didit checks your ID document and compares it with a selfie and a short liveness video, and it asks for your consent before it captures your face. We receive the result and your legal name, and we never show document details to anyone. didit deletes face images and face data on the schedule in its Biometric Data Retention and Destruction Policy; for residents of Illinois, that is no later than three years after your last verification.
What is public
You decide what your page shows. Anyone with the address can see what you set to Link or Download; search engines and AI crawlers can index your page and the links on it, and use what they read under their own terms. New contact details start visible on your card; you can hide each one in your account settings.
Why we use it
We use your data to run the service: host your profile, answer visitors through your agent, run fit checks, send you the email you asked for, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use your content to train AI models. We make no decision about you by automated means alone.
Cookies and storage
We set a few cookies of our own. One keeps you signed in, for up to 400 days unless you sign out. The others remember where you were going, for example the job you opened before signing in, or a choice you made in Studio; they last from two minutes to 30 days. We also keep the random visitor ID in your browser's storage, so your conversations stay yours.
PostHog, our analytics provider, sets its own cookie to recognize your browser between visits, for up to a year, and records sessions so we can see where people get stuck. Recordings hide what you type into fields, the messages you send in chat and the text you edit in Studio. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
We send account email, and, if you have a profile, notes about your visitors, reminders, updates about fit checks and occasional product tips. You can turn each of these off from any such email without signing in. We do not track whether you open our emails.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile for as long as your account exists. We keep a conversation for as long as the profile owner's account exists; if the visitor deletes their account, we keep the conversation without linking it to them. We keep a saved fit check until the job or the profile it describes is deleted. Deleting a job deletes the fit checks saved against it, but not conversations that discuss it. Taking a job off the board deletes nothing.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to stop using it for a purpose you object to. To get a copy, write to privacy@wip.expert; we send it within 14 days. To delete your account, request it in your account settings; we complete it within 7 business days. After deletion, jobs you published stay on the board without your name unless you ask us to remove them, and we keep a record that the deletion happened.
If you are in the European Union or the UK, we rely on these grounds: to provide the service you signed up for (your account, your agent, fit checks); our legitimate interest in keeping talenthunt secure, understanding how people use it, and finding your public LinkedIn profile when you sign in, which you can object to at any time; and your consent, where we ask for it, which you can withdraw. We and our providers process your data in the United States, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

Who operates this service
WIP Solutions Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates talenthunt. By using talenthunt, you agree to these Terms of Use and, if you publish jobs, to the Job Board Rules. Our Privacy Policy and How our AI works explain how we handle your data and what our AI does. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use talenthunt
You must be at least 18 to use talenthunt. By creating an account, you confirm that you are.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must give accurate information when you sign up. We send notices about these Terms to the email on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading it, you grant WIP Solutions Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process with AI, adapt, display and distribute it to run and promote the service, including on our job channels. The license ends when you delete the content, make it private or delete your account, except for jobs you published, which we may keep showing as the Job Board Rules describe, and for copies we cannot reasonably remove from backups or that others have already received.
If you believe content on talenthunt infringes your copyright, email privacy@wip.expert with the content's address, the work you own, and your contact details. We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
AI drafts of your profile
Our AI drafts parts of your profile, and when you sign up with LinkedIn we publish those drafts right away. If you have not changed or rejected them within 24 hours, we treat them as approved. You are responsible for what your profile says once you have approved it, whether you did so yourself or by letting the 24 hours pass.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- publish false or misleading information about other people, harass them or impersonate them, or present someone else's profile as your own;
- use a fit check to score, rank or screen candidates, or as the main factor in a decision about hiring, promotion or pay;
- circumvent rate limits or access controls, or send spam or automated mass messages;
- scrape data that is not public, try to extract our prompts or models, or probe for vulnerabilities without our permission;
- re-host or repackage talenthunt content to build a competing product.
AI agents and crawlers may read public pages. They must respect /robots.txt and our rate limits, and we block crawlers that slow the service down. We set rate and storage limits and may change them.
Embedding a page
You can show your public page in a frame on a site you control, with the code from your Studio. You choose where it goes, and you are responsible for that site having the right to show it. A site its owner did not choose can also frame a public page: we do not review the sites that embed talenthunt pages and are not responsible for what surrounds a frame. You may not embed another person's page in a way that suggests they endorse you or your site. We may stop a site from embedding talenthunt pages if it misuses them.
AI-generated answers
Answers in chat come from AI and rest on the profile owner's content. They are information only, not an offer, a contract or a binding statement. Profile owners are responsible for keeping their profiles accurate.
Paid features
Some features cost money, such as short usernames. We email you a Stripe payment link that shows the price before you pay. Payments are final unless the law requires a refund or we say otherwise at the time of purchase.
No guarantees
We provide talenthunt as is and as available. We do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors, that AI answers or fit checks are accurate or complete, or that anyone will hire you or that you will hire anyone. We are not an employment agency and not a party to any job, contract or conversation between candidates and the people who publish jobs.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, WIP Solutions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of talenthunt. We limit our total liability for all claims relating to talenthunt to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against WIP Solutions Inc. because of content you published, a job you published, a hiring decision you made with the help of talenthunt, or your breach of these Terms, you will defend us and cover our resulting losses and reasonable legal costs.
Suspending and closing accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings. The sections on your content, no guarantees, limits on our liability, your responsibility to us, and disputes stay in force after an account closes.
Disputes and arbitration
Delaware law governs these Terms. Before starting any claim, write to privacy@wip.expert and give us 30 days to resolve it.
If we cannot resolve it, you and WIP Solutions Inc. agree to settle any dispute relating to talenthunt by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and Minimum Standards. Hearings take place by video or in the county where you live, and we pay the fees those standards require us to pay. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and we each give up the right to a jury trial and to bring or join a class or representative action.
You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing privacy@wip.expert within 30 days of the day you first accept a version of these Terms that contains this section. If a court finds the class action waiver unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to the state or federal courts in Delaware, not to arbitration.
General
These Terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between you and us about talenthunt. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up. We may transfer these Terms to a company that takes over talenthunt.
Changes to these terms
We post updates here with a new effective date and email registered users about material changes. If you keep using talenthunt after the new effective date, you accept the new Terms.

The agent on a profile page
When you chat on someone's talenthunt page, you talk to an AI agent, not to the person. The agent answers only from what the owner wrote and attached. It can be wrong or out of date, and nothing it says is an offer, a promise or a statement the owner signed. To reach the person, use the contact link on their page; it asks you to sign in.
What the AI writes for profile owners
Our AI drafts your profile narrative and a list of facts from the material you give us. When you sign up with LinkedIn, we draft them from your public LinkedIn profile and publish them right away, so your page works from the first minute, and we ask you to review them. If you have not changed or rejected the drafts within 24 hours, we treat them as approved. You can edit them at any time.
Fit check
A fit check reads one job and one profile and shows, for each requirement of the job, what the profile says about it: the profile covers it, covers it thinly, does not mention it, or states something the requirement goes against, for example the job is on-site and the profile says remote only. That last one comes from the owner's own criteria. Each line names the fact from the profile it relies on.
A fit check describes a profile, not a person. “Not mentioned” means the profile does not say, not that the person lacks the skill. A fit check gives no score, no percentage, no ranking and no recommendation to hire or reject. It helps a profile owner see what their profile leaves out, and it helps a reader find what the profile says about a job.
talenthunt is not a hiring tool. If you hire, you may not use a fit check to score, rank or screen candidates, or as the main factor in a decision about hiring, promotion or pay; a person must review the candidate. You may not use talenthunt as an automated employment decision tool under laws such as New York City Local Law 144.
When you open a fit check on someone's page, we tell that person, with your name unless you chose private. If you think a fit check about your profile is wrong, update your profile or write to us through .
AI on the job board
Our AI reads every job to check it is a real role, extract its requirements and fill in facts like location and seniority. It also turns search queries into filters. A person reviews member jobs before they go on the board.
Which model, and what it keeps
All AI features run on Anthropic's Claude. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on the data we send through its API. We do not train any AI model on your content.

Why these rules exist
talenthunt works when both sides can trust what they see. A candidate who reads a job here should know a real person stands behind it and will read their reply. A person who publishes a job should know the board is not crowded with fakes.
A person publishes, not a logo
Every job a member publishes comes from that member's own account, under their own name. We do not accept jobs from shared company accounts, team inboxes or brand pages. A company can have as many people publishing jobs as it likes; each of them signs in as themselves.
When you publish, you tell us how you relate to the role: you hire for it as the employer, you recruit for it at an agency, you refer it from inside the company, or you pass it on as a contributor. Candidates see that label. We do not verify it, so we rely on you to get it right, and we remove jobs where it turns out to be wrong.
Agencies are welcome. If you recruit for another company, you need that company's permission to advertise the role, and you tell each candidate who the employer is no later than your first conversation with them.
What a job on talenthunt must be
- A real role that the company is filling now. One role per job; if you hire the same role in several cities, list the cities in one job.
- Honest about the terms. If the role is a contract, part-time, commission-based or unpaid, say so in the text. If you state pay, state the pay you will actually offer.
- Yours to publish. You have the right to share the text, and it contains nobody's personal data beyond what a job needs.
What we do not publish
- Jobs that charge candidates anything: fees, paid training, starter kits.
- Multi-level marketing, franchise and “business opportunity” offers, and roles paid only by commission without saying so.
- Jobs that exclude people by age, sex, race, religion, disability or another protected trait, except where the law requires it for that role.
- Jobs that exist to collect CVs, contacts or ID documents rather than to hire.
- Jobs that ask candidates for bank details, passport scans or payment before an offer.
How we review a job
When you send a job, its own page goes live at once, so you can share it. A person on our team reads every job a member sends before it goes on the board and on our JobHunt channel on Telegram, usually within a day. Our AI also reads it: it checks that the text describes a real role and pulls out the requirements that candidates check themselves against. You stay responsible for what the job says; the AI summary helps candidates read it and does not change your offer.
We may fix formatting, ask you to change something, decline a job or take it down later, at our discretion and guided by these rules. When we decline or remove your job, we write to you.
How long a job stays up
A job leaves the board on the closing date it states, or 90 days after we publish it if it states none. Its page stays reachable by link. If you fill the role earlier, write to us and we close it. If you delete your account, your job stays on the board without your name; write to us if you want it removed too.
Jobs from the talenthunt team
Our team also publishes jobs under talenthunt's name, including roles that people shared publicly. On those jobs we credit the person who shared the role and link to their post. If that is you and you would rather we did not carry it, write to us and we take it down.
What you get, and what you do not
Publishing a job gives you a page candidates can read and check themselves against. It does not tell you who opened your job or checked themselves against it, and it gives you no access to anyone's profile data, chats or fit checks. A candidate decides whether to contact you and what to share.
If something looks wrong
Every job on the board and every job check page has a “Report this job” link. Tell us what is wrong; we read every report and may remove the job and suspend the account that published it.
