We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead of Sales to lead and develop a target-driven sales team within an international FinTech.
This role is ideal for a sales professional who has moved into leadership but still enjoys being close to the sales process.
What you’ll do:• Manage daily sales team performance and KPIs• Set and track individual amp; team targets• Monitor leads, conversion, follow-ups and revenue• Coach sales representatives and improve their performance• Review calls, handle objections and support closing• Analyse the sales funnel and identify bottlenecks• Improve CRM discipline, reporting and sales processes• Support high-value opportunities and important client conversations• Work closely with Marketing, Operations and senior management
What we’re looking for:✅ 2–4+ years of sales experience with team leadership experience✅ Proven experience managing and developing sales teams✅ Strong background in FinTech, FX/CFD, Crypto, Payments, Investments or Financial Services✅ Hands-on direct sales experience✅ Strong understanding of lead management, conversion and retention✅ Experience with CRM and sales reporting✅ Strong analytical, commercial and leadership skills✅ Fluent English is mandatory and Russian preferable⭐ Strong advantage: experience in FX/CFD brokerage, crypto, inbound/outbound sales or international markets.
