As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you’ll own the business problems that don't sit neatly inside any single team. You’ll report directly to the CEO and own initiatives across commercial, product, operations and finance domains. This is a hands-on role in a company of ~55 people with direct responsibility for outcomes you produce.

We’re hiring for multiple Strategy & Operations Manager roles, at Junior/Mid and Senior/Lead levels.

What you’ll do:

• Own strategic projects and key business initiatives across the company, from idea to implementation.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives spanning product, operations, compliance, finance and commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities and develop business cases for new products, features, partnerships and other initiatives.
• Fix and automate broken processes, build scalable automations across any domain in the company.
• Develop and manage relationships with key partners, suppliers and customers.
• Prepare financial and operational reports of business performance and activity.
• Support teams across the company and take ownership of cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc strategic and operational tasks.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally startups and scaleups, crypto, fintech, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Fluency with AI tools for analysis, automation and everyday problem-solving. We use them daily.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Curiosity, ambition, ownership, and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Salary:

• 3500 - 6000 €/monthly gross.
• We are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
