About the role:

Virtual Numbers is our newest product. It gives people a phone number in another country, right in the Yesim app, that receives SMS, including verification codes, without exposing their personal number.

Virtual Numbers has grown to the point where it needs a dedicated marketing lead. You will lead marketing for Virtual Numbers end to end, reporting to the CMO. You start as a hands-on individual contributor with your own budget and new-customer revenue target. If the product keeps growing as planned, the scope of this role grows with it.

What you'll be doing:

• You have real ownership, but much of the execution sits with people you don't manage. Your closest partners are the Virtual Numbers Product Manager and the current Yesim Marketing team. This is how decisions split:
• Yours: the marketing plan, budget, channel mix, tests, and budget allocation by country.
• Shared: positioning and messaging. Product brings customer research, user feedback and the product vision. You bring market and channel insight. High level strategy is built in collaboration with other senior stakeholders as well.
• Delivered by existing specialists: we have great teams working on Paid UA, SEO, ASO, Design, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate, CRM etc. You brief them, plan campaigns, set priorities and oversee execution.

What you'll need:

• 5+ years in digital performance marketing for consumer web or app products, including owning a revenue or acquisition target, not only a channel;
• Hands-on depth in paid search and at least one other paid channel, such as Meta, Apple Search Ads or TikTok, with meaningful budgets;
• International experience: you have marketed across several markets and languages. Experience in a single domestic market will not be enough;
• Strong analytical habits: CAC, payback, ROAS and cohorts, sound test design, and a clear view of what attribution can and cannot tell you. You are comfortable working directly with data in tools like AppsFlyer and PostHog;
• A track record of getting things done through people you don't manage;
• Languages: English (fluent) / Nice to have: Russian / Ukrainian (fluent)
• Nice to have: Experience with subscription or consumer apps, or with telecom, privacy and security (VPN, identity) or fintech products.
• Working knowledge of SEO, ASO, CRM and lifecycle, or influencer marketing;
• Experience launching a new product line or market, or a startup or founder background;
• Clear ambition to build a team.
